Return and Refund Policy
At Vibrant Attire, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for a full refund, including the basic cost of delivery.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Underwear, swimwear, or other items where hygiene is a concern (unless faulty)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If the item is returned due to a change of mind, only the basic delivery cost (if paid) will be refunded. Return Delivery cost wont be refunded
Return Shipping
If the item is not faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please check correct size and products.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you’d like to exchange your item, please email returns@thevibrantattire.com within 14 days of receiving it.
