Delivery Options

It’s easy to get styled with us — we ship worldwide and deliver directly to your door. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service, which may require a signature on arrival. We dispatch parcels Monday through Friday. Please note that our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays, and our online team is off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the courier is unable to deliver to the given address, £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage costs. Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is correct.

Return Delivery

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Vibrant Attire is not responsible for the cost of returning items.

UK Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery – £3.99
Delivery in 2–5 working days. May require a signature on arrival.*

UK Next Day Delivery – from £5.99
Order before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday, for next-day delivery. We use Royal Mail Next Day Signed For Service. May require a signature on arrival.*

Saturday Delivery – £7.99
Order before 2 PM on Friday (UK only).
We use Royal Mail Saturday Signed For Service. May require a signature on arrival.*

International Delivery

Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. ROI and EU customers may be required to pay import taxes and duties.

• While delays are unlikely, they are possible.

• International delivery may take 1 to 8 weeks, depending on your location.
